shop owner & artist
I love the process of tattooing. Our ability to change the way we relate to our own skin and bodies, the intimacy between client and tattooer, and our individual relationships to pain create a truly transformative experience.
I was drawn to tattooing first by the faded roses and eagles on my fathers arms. Modern tattooing has allowed me to tattoo from a place of intuition and spirit that is true to me.
I strive to create beautiful tattoos that fully align with the intentions of the wearer, honors the history of tattooing, and respectfully contributes to the future of the craft.
I am endlessly amazed and inspired by my clients and their beauty.
I would be truly honored to be a part of your future tattoo projects.
Nick Friederich has been a professional tattoo artist for over 10 years. He has tattooed in multiple states on the east coast and has been tattooing in North Carolina since 2012. He is well rounded in many areas of tattooing, though he takes special interest in color and black and grey realism, bio mechanical and organic styles, cosmic and geometric work. Nick is very personable and enthusiastic about his craft, and would love to discuss your next project with you.
It is my pleasure to make wholehearted and potently expressive images out of simple, lively, organic lines and shapes, and sometimes more complex black and grey images. I thoroughly enjoy being able to help clients express themselves as they wish, whether that be serious or silly, through the application of a tattoo; to make their outsides match their insides a little more. Lets get creative as we shape our own realities in an infinite cosmos. I work only in black and greys.
Kimber is a North Carolina native that has developed a unique style of tattooing. They love designing organic pieces surrounding images of nature, medieval creatures and everyday items. They work in color as well as blackwork with an emphasis on clean and clear line work. They would love to hear any and all of your ideas for tattoos. Email for appointments.
I began tattooing in 2014 in Springfield, Illinois.
Some of my favorite imagery to draw inspiration from are scientific illustrations of plants, animals, and insects as well as beautifully detailed engravings. I particularly enjoy creating high contrast black botanical designs with delicate details.
Tattooing offers me the privilege of travel and the opportunity to meet wonderful people, and I value cultivating a relationship of safety and trust with my clients. I believe there is magic in the craft of tattooing, and when honored, it can offer a truly transformative and healing experience.
